How to decide from the myriad of flower essences, elixirs and formulations offered?
The guiding phrase to ask yourself before beginning your search is, “What is on top?”
On a daily basis, what difficulties, issues, circumstances or reoccurring thoughts and feelings trouble you or take too much of your attention? What life lessons are you working on? Are you dealing with specific matters in a therapeutic situation?
Are these things related to money, relationships, work, goals, stress, depression, anxiety, fear, anger, resentment, sadness, guilt or creative blocks and such?
Take a few moments right now to make some notes on the top three matters bothering you in your life.
Once you have chosen your main issues, we help to simplify your decision-making process by providing the Products by Category section found on the left side of the page. Click on a category that relates to your concerns. You will see a number of different choices, complete with descriptions, to help you distinguish among all the selections and decide which essence, elixir or formulation fits your needs.
Most people can take three different formulations at the same time. Some people who have been using these formulas for a number of months can take five or six.

One of the most effective ways to obtain the correct remedies for your issues is to make an appointment for a consultation, in person or by telephone. (Email is also an option.) A personal consultation is by far the most accurate way to get the exact formula for your situation. We’ll consult with you for about an hour and then customize one or more formulas especially for you.
